Beyond Food

A journey of liberation, not a meal plan

In this 90-day journey,  you will rediscover your ideal form, expand your awareness and understanding of yourself, your needs, and your relationship with food. You will free yourself from the conditioning imposed by the food industry and from dependencies on certain types of food. You will reclaim the power to make choices that are truly beneficial for your wellbeing and begin to communicate with your body in a completely new way — sending it messages and information that enable it to function in perfect harmony.

Our relationship with food, and with what we choose to introduce into our bodies, rests upon a fundamental premise: the images we associate with food. When these images are positive, we are drawn to a particular food and desire to eat it; when negative, we instinctively reject it. It is therefore essential to become aware of the meanings and associations you attach to different foods. Through this awareness, you will gain a clear understanding of your relationship with food and learn to transform the beliefs and automatic patterns that underlie weight issues and dysfunctional eating behaviours.

You will learn to attribute new meanings to food, and to transform your thoughts and beliefs about eating. Everything we think has an immediate effect on our body; therefore, what drives unhealthy eating habits is always the internal emotional state. The main reason most diets fail lies in the absence of work on emotions and on the psychological causes of eating behaviour. A diet is merely a temporary change in one’s eating habits. Once the diet ends—if it is not abandoned beforehand—people tend to revert to their previous habits, regaining all the lost weight and often even more.

This programme is not about dieting, but about embracing a new way of living.

The course includes intensive training and comprehensive study materials to help you gain essential knowledge about nutrition, self-awareness, and personal needs; ongoing support via telephone or Zoom; Hypno-Coaching sessions and hypnotic audio recordings; as well as RTT – Rapid Transformational Therapy sessions designed to uncover and permanently transform the emotional and psychological causes behind unhealthy eating habits. You will replace limiting subconscious beliefs and sabotaging associations with new, empowering ones that serve your wellbeing.

This process leads to conscious food choices, a rapid improvement in physical condition and overall health, and a profound liberation from old habits, excess weight, and feelings of frustration or dissatisfaction.
