Those were the words of the endocrinology professor who examined me in August 2024.
It was an epic victory for me, because I’ve struggled long and hard with health issues throughout my life.
Firmly convinced that almost anything is possible and that our lives are our own creation — whether we’re aware of it or not — I analyse my life every year and commit to designing and creating what I truly desire.
In August 2023, I launched my “health project”, and by March 2024, I had perfected it.
A thorough body analysis revealed that my visceral fat is so low it’s undetectable, my organs are in perfect condition, blood pressure and heart rate are ideal, and my body fat is 15.3% — even lower than what fit men typically have.
You might think I’ve been killing myself at the gym — but not at all. My training has been consistent, yes, but never excessive.
It’s the combination of consistency and full-spectrum self-care (mind-body-psyche) that led to this extraordinary state of health. I’m still fine-tuning a few things, but I’m nearly there.
What I want everyone to know is: it’s possible.
I used to have (yes, used to, as in I’ve freed myself from it) systemic lupus erythematosus. They told me I’d never have a normal life again. And yet, here I am — with the body of an athlete, a calm, lively and positive mind, and a life full of emotions and adventures.
It’s not just about willpower. Of course, you have to decide what you want for yourself — but it’s also about tools that everyone can learn and apply. Willpower alone isn’t enough.
They call me “the doctor of habits” because I’ve created — and now teach — a method for shaping your life in your own image and likeness, turning it into exactly what you want. The power lies, first and foremost, in the mind.
Who do you want to be? How do you want to live? What do you want to feel?
The choice is always ours — and how to do it can be learned.
Don’t give up. ❤️
