Each of us brings into reality what we already believe to be true… so you already know these are the thoughts to throw in the bin and avoid like the plague!

What I’ve found truly helpful in my life – both professionally and personally – is a combination of clear planning and daily mental preparation, all directed towards my own fulfilment.
Believing that success depends mostly on external factors is almost a guaranteed path to failure.
Deciding in detail what you want to achieve and consciously directing your thoughts towards the fulfilment of those goals – and the satisfaction that will come with them – allows you to activate and maintain strong personal motivation.

When your goals, dreams, sense of fulfilment and motivation are clear, strong, and constantly present, taking action becomes the least of your concerns. That’s when you become unstoppable.

It’s in that moment – every day, when you get out of bed and your feet touch the ground – that you do so with determination, feeling like you have boundless energy, because the reason you choose to do what’s necessary each day is your happiness. It’s about how you want to feel.

Shift your focus away from appearances and actions, and towards being. 
Once your why is clear, the how becomes far easier.
