My work is rooted in the integration of hypnocoaching, identity-level work and nervous system regulation.

It does not focus on isolated behaviour, but on the internal structure that generates it.

Through The Jan Approach, I guide people through a process of deep transformation in which change is not forced, but made possible, stable and sustainable over time.

This work is not about adding tools or strategies, but about realigning identity, body and nervous system, so that choices, actions and personal direction no longer require constant effort.

The Jan Approach

The Jan Approach is a proprietary integrative method, developed over time through study, practice and direct work with people.

It emerged at the intersection of psychology, identity-level work, applied neuroscience and somatic practice, and from a view of wellbeing as internal stability, rather than performance or control.

The method does not aim to “fix” the person, but to create the internal conditions that allow change to unfold naturally.

When identity, nervous system and body are no longer working in conflict, decisions become simpler, emotional regulation becomes more stable and action no longer requires continuous effort.

An integrated approach

The Jan Approach works simultaneously across multiple levels:

  • identity and internal structure
  • nervous system and automatic responses
  • emotional experience and somatic memory
  • integration of change in the body

This makes it possible to move beyond rational understanding and allow change to become stable in everyday life, not merely clear at a cognitive level.

A view of change

Through my own professional journey, I have come to understand that meaningful change does not occur through willpower, but through awareness, integration and stability.

Life does not require becoming someone else, but fully occupying one’s own space, with greater presence, coherence and freedom.

This is the level at which The Jan Approach operates.
